As our company leader, John brings an impressive 15 years of multifamily investment experience in the Pacific Northwest to his role. With an extensive portfolio of over 45 multifamily projects, totaling more than $250 million in valuation, John has honed his expertise in transforming properties to exceed their potential for the benefit of investors and residents alike. His keen market knowledge, foresight into industry shifts impacting neighborhood growth, and strategic budgeting for design and upgrades cater to the preferences of today's prospective renters. John's unique skill set enables him to reimagine multifamily buildings, creating elevated living experiences that exceed expectations and drive success for all stakeholders.
Scott Kim
Chief Financial Officer
Scott serves as our CFO overseeing all financial accounting, investment reporting, and year-end K1 coordination for our extensive portfolio. With a strong foundation in accounting cultivated during his tenure at one of Seattle's most prominent real estate investment groups, Scott brings a wealth of expertise to his current role. Presently, he dedicates his efforts to streamlining our company's policies and procedures, ensuring precise and efficient tracking of our assets and project performance.
Sara Brown
Director of Property Management
Sara is a highly experienced property management professional who oversees building operations and property management teams at Guide Property Services. With 17+ years of experience in multifamily properties, including conventional/market rate, affordable multifamily, HOA's, and commercial properties, Sara has a deep understanding of the industry. She excels in problem-solving, analytical thinking, and delivering superior operational and financial results while ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction for residents. With a proven track record and a commitment to excellence, Sara's knowledge and expertise greatly contribute to Guide Property Services' success and client/resident satisfaction.
Chang Pak
Asset Manager
Serving as our Asset Manager, Chang is an integral member of our team. His responsibilities span a wide range of tasks, including thoroughly evaluating financials for potential investment opportunities and effectively overseeing renovation projects. Chang has been in the real estate industry for over 6 years, accumulating experience in diverse areas, such as short-term/corporate housing and program management for a rent-to-own initiative. Prior to assuming his current position, Chang excelled as a portfolio manager for 2 years. This prior role has equipped Chang with a comprehensive understanding of both property management and investment management facets of our company, allowing for an astute and holistic approach to his current responsibilities.

Adi is a seasoned property management professional with over 7 years of experience. With her keen attention to detail, Alycia prepares comprehensive monthly financial reports, optimizing the performance of $70 million in multi-family assets. Aimee brings over a decade of experience in multi-family housing operations and condominium management to her role as Portfolio Manager. Ashleigh is a dedicated property management professional with nearly five years of experience. She began her career in July 2021 and later advanced from Property Manager to Portfolio Manager, where she now oversees a diverse mix of communities. Her strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills help her support residents, guide on-site teams, and maintain smooth day-to-day operations. Ashleigh is known for her steady work ethic and commitment to building positive relationships, creating environments where both residents and owners feel supported. Jodie is a highly experienced Portfolio Manager with over 15 years of expertise in multi and single-family dwellings. Originally from Southern Oregon, she has resided in the Pacific Northwest's Tacoma/Olympia area for 11 years. Jodie's comprehensive knowledge spans property management, HOA and commercial management, tenant relations, ownership collaboration, market analysis, and tenant screening and placement. Additionally, her extensive renovations experience dating back to 2010 equips her with the skills to efficiently coordinate and budget renovation projects. With a dedication to excellence, Jodie ensures the success of properties under her management, delivering exceptional financial performance and tenant satisfaction.
Desaree Huynh
Business Operations Manager
Desaree is the Business Operations Manager, supporting both the operational and marketing functions of the company. She oversees day-to-day office operations, streamlines workflows, and provides direct support to staff, leadership, and clients to keep everything running smoothly and efficiently. In addition to her operations work, Desaree also leads key marketing initiatives, including property branding, development of websites, establishment of advertisement contracts, and maintaining the company’s digital presence. She is highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong focus on creating structure, improving systems, and supporting the team. Her ability to balance both operational management and marketing strategy makes her a central resource to the organization and an important part of the company’s ongoing growth and success.
